The August meeting of the Howard County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will focus on household emergency planning, age-appropriate discussions about emergency situations, roles of parents during emergencies, and helpful resources, with representatives from the Howard County Department of Community Resources and Services as guest speakers.
