National Drug Take Back Day: Medication Drive-Thru Collection

In partnership with the Howard County Police and the Drug Enforcement Administration, HC DrugFree’s semi-annual medication collection will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Bring any expired or unwanted prescription and over-the-counter medication to this convenient drive-thru event. Dispose of items properly (please don’t flush them!) and prevent them from ending up in the environment or the hands of those who may misuse them.
Accepted items:
- Prescription medication
- Over-the-counter medication
- Vitamins
- Veterinary medication
- Vape devices (with the batteries removed, please!)
- Inhalers and more…
