Hike to the Patapsco River

Join Howard County Conservancy naturalists and members of the Mountain Club of Maryland on a 2.5-hour, approximately 4-mile round trip hike across meadows, treelines and paths through the woods from the Conservancy to the Patapsco River. The trail involves some hilly and rocky areas. Please wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes that can get muddy, bring a reusable water bottle and perhaps a walking stick (if desired). Recommended for ages 10 and older.
Hike to the river in the morning, then hit Greenfest in the afternoon.
