Infused vinegars from scraps are flavorful additions to your pantry, created by steeping fruits, vegetables, or herbs in vinegar. They can be made using leftover fruit peels, cores, or even herb stems, effectively upcycling kitchen scraps into delicious and versatile products.
Learn to prepare delicious infused vinegars using Freetown Farm’s herbs. You’ll have the opportunity to sample the infused vinegars and go home with the recipe to replicate them at home.
Space is limited. If you register and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration to open the space.
This is part of The Community Ecology Institute’s free Plant-Centered Diet Series supported by Howard County’s PREP (Plastics Reduction and Environmental Protection) Grant.
