Are you interested in improving the Chesapeake Bay watershed? Would you like to learn more about recycling, composting, stream buffers, wildlife, Bay-friendly gardening, invasive species, water runoff? If you answered yes, then the WatershedPalooza is the place to be on Saturday, September 16 from noon til 2 p.m. at Claret Hall.

This free, educational event is open to everyone of all ages and will include presentations, activities, crafts, games, facepainting and much more! Make bird feeders, toad houses and seed bombs. Kids and Boy/Girl Scouts can complete a short booklet to earn a “Friends of the Watershed” patch.
