Retro­fit Bal­ti­more, a project of the non-profit Civic Works, is hold­ing an infor­ma­tion ses­sion to learn more about the basics of solar.  Neigh­bors in Howard County are going solar as a group and get­ting a dis­count. Based on the same prin­ci­ple as buy­ing in bulk, home­own­ers can save 20% off the stan­dard cost of a solar sys­tem. The work­shop will cover the basics of res­i­den­tial solar power, the instal­la­tion process and finan­cial considerations.

As a non-profit com­mu­nity resource, Retro­fit Bal­ti­more serves as an advo­cate and guides you through each step of the process. Your Energy Advi­sor will offer per­son­al­ized assis­tance, answer ques­tions, and ensure that you receive qual­ity ser­vice from a vet­ted and screened contractor.
