Dr. Wayne Hig­gins, Direc­tor of NOAA’s Cli­mate Pro­gram Office will dis­cuss “Our Chang­ing Cli­mate and Trends in Extreme Weather” at the March 18, 2018 Earth Forum. His pre­sen­ta­tion includes some of the lat­est find­ings from the first vol­ume of the 4th National Cli­mate Assess­ment, pub­lished in Novem­ber 2017, with empha­sis on observed and pro­jected trends in weather extremes and the impacts of cli­mate change on peo­ple, busi­nesses and the environment.
